Eagle Hill Vineyards and Winery, Moraga, CA (near San Francisco, CA)
Eagle Hill has 246 vines of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes planted in May of 2006, 125 vines of Sangiovese planted in 2008 and 75 vines of Cabernet Franc planted in 2008, all growing on a slope in front of our house. We hope to produce some very nice Eagle Hill Cabernet Sauvignon wine by the year 2009. In 2011, we have plans to have a Eagle Hill blend similar to a Meritage, Super Tuscan or Bordeaux blend. See below for clubs we belong to relating to grapes and wine.
